Bei dem Spaziergang von etwa 2 km durch den duftenden Wald erzählt Beate Isenbiel dir mehr über die Eigenschaften des Bärenkrauts.
Du hast die Möglichkeit, dir bedenkenlos ein
Bärlauchsträußchen zu pflücken.
Denn Beate hat auf diesem Gebiet jahrelange Erfahrung und erklärt dir, worauf es beim Sammeln ankommt, um Verwechslungen mit anderen Pflanzen zu vermeiden.
Damit du vorab einen Eindruck bekommst, wie köstlich das Grün im frischen Zustand schmeckt, wird es
eine kleine vegane Verkostung geben.
Und um zu Hause etwas Leckeres aus deinem gesammelten Bärlauch zu zaubern, erhältst du noch eine
Sammlung an Rezepten an die Hand.

Bemerkung:
Bitte denkt an wetterfestes Schuhwerk und geeignete Kleidung.
Eine kleine Bastelschere ist hilfreich.
Hunde können nicht zur Führung mitgebracht werden.
